DrB! holds an AS in Psychology from Ashworth College, BS in Behavioral Science from
Bellevue University, MS in Christian Education from The Jacksonville Theological Seminary,
MSEd, in Teacher Leadership and Mentoring from Walden University, and Doctorate Degrees
in: Christian Psychology, Clinical Christian Counseling, Christian Education, and Theology
from the Jacksonville Theological Seminary. DrB! is a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor
and Certified Life, Purpose, Relationship, and Success Coach. DrB! is a highly sought-after
conference presenter, and seminar speaker, and preacher. DrB! is a successful author of five books: “Remember, It Is Your Charge, Go Master the Day,” “LIVE Your LifePurpose,” and the collaboration book, “The Power of Coaching,.” “Trifecta of Fulfillment,” and “What the Heck is a DayMaster.”

Vicki Barham is a graduate of the Jacksonville Theological Seminary, holding a Master in Christian Education and Bachelor of Arts in Christian Psychology and Christian Education. She also holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from The University of Maryland University College. She is the Co- Founder and President of Barham
Associates, LLC, where she manages several companies. AdminD has over 40 years of legal experience. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia, National
Federation of Paralegal Associations. Mrs. Vicki is also the Childcare Provider /Director of Destiny Calling Child Care.

Mrs. Vicki is the wife of DrB! She is the Assistant Pastor and the Administrative Director of Destiny Driven Ministries. She is the Women’s Pastor of the Ministry and is the President and Owner of a women’s
empowerment organization called, Loving Me: Woman. Loving Me: Woman is an organization set out to inspire, encourage, and motivate women (men as well) to love themselves and embrace their beauty, their strength, and the power they possess.

Dr. Karen P. Reid is a native New Yorker. She is a graduate of Queensborough Community College with an Associate in Arts degree. Her passion for teaching led her to Queens College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in
Education which afforded her the opportunity to teach in Parochial Schools and the NYC Board of Education for over 40 years before retiring. In response to the call on her life, Karen attended the New Brunswick Theological Seminary, earning a
Master of Divinity. and Jacksonville Theological Seminary, earning her Doctorate in Theology.
Dr. Reid serves as the 1st Associate Pastor. She has also come out of retirement to work full time in the
Ministries school, Destiny Calling Academy where she teaches Middle and High School scholars and is the Academic Support Coordinator. She is presently pursuing a graduate certificate in adult literacy.
Dr. Reid’s belief none of the above would be possible had it not been for the grace and mercy of Almighty God. Her daily scripture is Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength a very present help in the time of trouble.”

Associate Pastor Nia attended Medgar Evers College and received her degree where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She received Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She is a National Board- Certified Counselor and is a doctoral candidate in Human Services. Nia is a full-time employee of DayMaster Enterprises (DME) where she is a lead teacher at Destiny Calling Academy (DCA), teaching science to our elementary and multi-grade classes. She is also the President of More Than Me (MTM), a non-profit organization, and the owner of an e-commerce store (a subsidiary of DME, DrB!, CEO), My Mane Goals.
Associate Pastor Nia is also a worship leader in Destiny Driven Ministries (DDM) where she sings alongside W-Team and leads the Youth Worship Team Victorious and youth choir God’s Calling. She is the Outreach Pastor and co-team leader of Youth Expressing Salvation (YES). Her desire is to inspire all people to actively seek the plan of God over their lives and to embrace their calling, purpose, and destiny.

Associate Pastor Avery Nealous is a Bachelor candidate for the Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary studies at Berklee College of Music. Associate Pastor Avery currently plays three instruments, and is the leader of the ministry’s band “Khemistry.” Associate Pastor Avery also is the President of a DayMaster Enterprises (DME) company called, “Vision Productions.” AP Avery
is also one of the owners of e-commerce stores (a
subsidiary of DME, DrB!, CEO), “Flow Differently,” and “Jayden’s Drip.” Furthermore, Associate Pastor Avery is  the Youth Pastors of Youth Expressing Salvation (Y.E.S) and a teacher at Destiny Calling Academy (DCA)
